Signed Turkish translation for U.S. documents
Turkish–English document translation with signed certification, careful handling of names and official details, and clear guidance on the delivery format requested by the receiving organization.
01
Certified translation requires accuracy in both language and documentary detail. Names, dates, reference numbers, seals, stamps and layout are checked carefully, and the intended U.S. procedure or receiving organization is clarified before the work begins.
A signed translator certification can be supplied with the completed translation. Acceptance and formal requirements differ between authorities, institutions and individual cases, so TG Interpreting does not guarantee acceptance by every recipient and recommends confirming the recipient's current instructions in advance.
02

03
The receiving organization, language direction and required certification format are clarified before translation and delivery.
Send every page, including stamps, seals and reverse sides, together with the language direction and intended use.
TG Interpreting reviews the material and agrees the signed certification, formatting, timeline and digital or physical delivery needs.
The translation is completed, names and numbers are checked, and the certification statement is prepared for the agreed delivery.
04
Requirements are set by each receiving authority or organization and can change. TG Interpreting provides the agreed signed certification but cannot promise universal acceptance; please confirm the recipient's current rules.
A clear scan or photograph is usually sufficient for review and quotation. If an original, wet signature or physical copy is required, that will be planned separately.
