Language support from Ankara to the world

Languages We Serve

We support Turkish communication across the world's principal languages—from meetings and conferences to technical site work and official documents. Every assignment matches the language pair with subject expertise and the right interpreting or translation format.

The right language, subject expertise and delivery format come together in one project plan.

A successful language project requires more than bilingual ability. The interpreter or translator must understand the purpose, specialist terminology and working environment. TG Interpreting coordinates written translation and professional interpreting between Turkish and the world's principal languages through an Ankara-based specialist network.

For consecutive interpreting and simultaneous interpreting, we assess the language direction, subject, audience, duration and technical setup together. For official documents, certified or sworn translation, notarisation and the intended use are treated as separate requirements.

Our Main Working Languages

Turkish is our core working language. With English at the centre of many international assignments, we plan consecutive, simultaneous, written and certified translation support across the languages below. Technical, medical, legal, government, law-enforcement and defence experience also informs specialist selection.

Consecutive Interpreting for Meetings and Site Work

In consecutive interpreting, the speaker pauses after manageable sections while the interpreter uses structured notes to deliver the message in the target language. The format needs less technical equipment than simultaneous interpreting, but preparation, terminology and disciplined turn-taking remain essential.

Government and institutional meetings in Ankara, visiting delegations, factory tours, audits, technical training, business negotiations and medical consultations are common consecutive settings. Support can be organised on site, in hybrid meetings or remotely where the assignment allows.

  • The agenda, presentation files and terminology are reviewed before the meeting.
  • The interpreter is selected for both the language pair and relevant subject experience.
  • Delegation size, speaking format and confidentiality expectations shape the plan.
  • Site and factory assignments include advance checks for access, safety and equipment.

Simultaneous Interpreting for Conferences and Multilingual Events

Simultaneous interpreters deliver the target language while the speaker continues. This keeps conferences, congresses, international training, webinars and multilingual corporate events moving without repeated pauses.

Each language channel requires coordinated interpreter staffing, booth or remote simultaneous infrastructure, sound checks and a technical rehearsal. Longer or terminology-heavy sessions benefit from team interpreting to protect consistency and sustainable performance.

  • Booth-based simultaneous interpreting for conferences and congresses
  • Remote simultaneous interpreting with language channels for webinars and hybrid events
  • Subject expertise for technical training, government and defence assignments
  • Interpreter, equipment and schedule coordination for multilingual programmes

Certified, Sworn and Document Translation

Diplomas, civil records, powers of attorney, contracts, court documents, technical reports and visa documents may require different levels of certification. A sworn translation and a notarised translation are not the same procedure, and apostille or further legalisation may need separate confirmation.

The source language, target language, destination country and receiving authority help determine the suitable translator and certification path. Because sworn-translator and notary procedures vary by language and location, confirm the current acceptance rules with the receiving authority before work begins.

  • Specialist written translation for corporate and technical documents
  • Sworn or certified translations in supported language pairs
  • Coordination of notarisation and delivery where specifically requested

How We Plan the Right Language Team

The right specialist for the same language pair changes with the subject and setting. A medical congress and a factory audit do not require the same preparation; neither do an official delegation meeting and a notarised document. We therefore assess the languages, date, duration, location, subject and expected deliverable together.

  • Source and target languages, including any relevant dialect or regional usage
  • Consecutive, simultaneous, written or certified translation requirements
  • Subject field, confidentiality level and preparation materials
  • Date, duration, venue, online platform and technical equipment

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Languages

Can you support a language that is not listed?

Share the assignment details and we will check our specialist network. Less common languages may require more lead time for the requested date, subject and delivery format.

Can one event include several languages?

Yes. A multilingual event plan considers staffing for each language direction, channel structure, possible relay interpreting, equipment and session timing.

Should I choose consecutive or simultaneous interpreting?

Consecutive interpreting often suits smaller meetings, site visits and two-way discussions. Simultaneous interpreting protects the schedule at conferences, dense programmes and events with larger audiences. Duration, participant numbers and technical conditions determine the final recommendation.

Is certified or sworn translation available in every language?

Sworn-translator and notary arrangements can vary by language and location. Once the receiving authority's required certification is known, availability, timing and delivery can be confirmed for the relevant language pair.
