Can I book consecutive interpreting for a video call?+
Yes. Speakers take turns and pause for the interpreter within the agreed video meeting. This is often practical for small groups, negotiations and appointments. Allow additional time for interpretation and check that all participants can hear each other clearly.
Can you work with Zoom or Microsoft Teams?+
The interpreting workflow is checked against your actual account, meeting type and available features. Simultaneous interpreting needs supported language channels or another tested audio arrangement; consecutive interpreting can use planned turns in a shared call. We agree the setup with your host before the event.
We have not chosen a platform. Can you help?+
Yes. Tell us the languages, meeting format, audience, security requirements and whether the event is remote or hybrid. We can help define the interpreting requirements before you and your technical team select and confirm the platform.
How many remote interpreters do we need?+
The programme, language directions, session length, workload and parallel rooms determine the team. Longer or intensive simultaneous sessions normally require alternating interpreters. Consecutive assignments are assessed separately, including breaks and subject demands.
Can you support confidential meetings or recordings?+
Confidentiality, participant access, material sharing and any NDA should be agreed before the assignment. Recording or transcription requires an explicit arrangement covering consent, intended use and access. Share your requirements before sending sensitive material.
Can participants join internationally or in a hybrid room?+
Yes, subject to suitable access and connectivity. We confirm time zones and test the sound from every location. A hybrid room needs microphone coverage and a tested route for both the venue audience and remote participants to hear the appropriate language.
